Av. del Libertador 1473, Buenos Aires, Argentina
Not a huge museum, but a nice selection of various forms of art, from expressionism, to antiquity to modern. Entrance is free for residents and about 4$ for foreigners. Worth the money given it's so affordable. Located in a nice part of town, surrounded by parks and near the cementary .
Bellas Artes Museum is a great place to visit. It boasts a large collection of paintings and sculptures. In exhibition are Classical and Argentine painters. The entrance to the museum is free. Photos are allowed but without flash.
One of the best museums in town. It closes at 8pm, so I recommend going with more than one hour of time to visit and see all the expositioned paintings and sculptures from both floors. A quiet place, with broad space to walk, sit and admire the art. It has local and international art from many artists. Totally recommend more than one vidot if you need it
This place was really good. I found there to be a wide variety of works and plenty to see. Well worth the $200 pesos entry price for foreigners.
World class art, opportunity to meet civilization and societies of different stages of history. Beautiful trip through history. Gratis.
