The trail is pretty wide and not very steep most of the way. On the day we went there happened to be lots of spider webs. The elevated platform at the end puts you above the trees so you have a great view in all directions.
Beautiful scenic view with a decent-sized parking area across the street. It's about 1800 ft on elevation as I recall and makes for a great panorama.
Awesome hike! Just under 5 miles out and back along the ridge line. Very little elevation gain with nice views and a fire tower at the end. Great hike for families!
Great paragliding launch for p2 pilots and if not flying you have a great trail to walk and spend some quality time
Great "welcome to summer' hike on a warm day. Mostly shady. Elevation gains were in spurts. Views were excellent st the top. Rocky trail so wear sturdy shoes.
