This is a special place. There are times and places where everything just clicks and you sit back and enjoy the moments of being alive. The table in the wine celler. The waiter who genuinely cared that we have a great experience, suggesting a wonderful obscure wine at a reasonable price. The bread and delicious olive oil. The distinct real earthy flavors of each dish - I felt like I was back in Italy and Spain. A hole in one. I will be back with other friends and family to share the experience.
Not writing a dissertation. Just trust me & go. Make sure to get the risotto. Everything else on the menu is incredible too.
My favorite Italian and best Kale salad in New York. I wish they had more vegan plates ...lovely decor you feel like in an Italian farm. The wine cellar can be privatized and it’s lovely.
Traditional Italian cuisine. The carbonara was too heavy, but the halibut was delicious. A- rating
Overcooked pasta, nonchalant customer service. Didn’t ask anything about how my food was. I’d heard great things about the food but it’s sub par and it’s quite funny that they’d be so proud of such sub par food. I’ve had much better Italian elsewhere.
