Wonderful, unique square. I have never seen such a square. There is water flowing through the whole park. Places to sit around, beautiful buildings stand around the outside.

Very beautiful square, second biggest after the Red Square, in a sunny day you could appreciate how big is it and enjoy the surroundings, like the botanical garden by it's side or the churches in the nearbies. If you're visiting Padova it's a must Big circular park with highly crafted statues around the park. Nice place to rest, especially during the hot day with nice breeze of the wind. Kids can play around while you sit down and rest

Well worth a visit. You will not find many squares of this kind around the North of Italy. Try to avoid market day, as the big stalls and their covers will not allow you to have a decent view...
