Food is awesome. And it does not take long either... I love their green salad and fry snapper...Drinks are good....customer service is nice...the atmosphere has a really nice vibe..
Great atmosphere and food, horrible customer service. Just like most tourist island. Gratuity is mandatory, and since they know they already get it they won't go the extra mile for their cusomters. Waitresses come over, rudely and take your order. The servers come and bring your food. They are nice and all if you need anything to complete your entree. Drinks are watered down. It would be better to buy your own bottle of rum. Will never return or recommend.
The rack of lamb was excellent, but the evening was spoilt when a large group arrived after us. Our server ignored us point blank. Eventually we just got up and went to the counter and asked for our bill. The automatic 15% gratuity added to the bill is working against their customer service. If you go there and see they are busy, rather leave and go elsewhere.
Had a wonderful time there celebrating my birthday with family and friends. The food was excellent and the staff were very accommodating and professional.
The experience I don't want people to experience. I went here on September 4 with a friend for his birthday, We were a party of 4. The server was terrible. She came over to us about five minutes after we was seated. Her non verbal and her verbal was atrocious. She let us know this is not her $3000 a week job @ Bahamar. So basically she is letting us know that she don’t care much about this one. Someone from the table ordered a quesadilla. They both tasted it and said it had a tangy taste to it. The sever went for her manger. Her manger came out like we bothered her. She never stated her name her position or anything she just wanted us to know what they tasted was how it was supposed to be. She never apologize she walk off and said “I’ll take it off”. Even though this is a few days later I just thought I should share my experience so that they can treat customers with a little more dignity. The server brought us the bill at the end of our meal. I asked if the bill can be split. The server went on about why they don’t split bills and that’s not her responsibility her responsibility was just to take our order and bring the food. There was a back on forth for a while. We didn’t want to bother the manger again so we paid the bill and left.
