Worst dining experience I’ve ever had. I made the reservation one week in advance for outdoor seating, when I made the reservation I asked what would be done if we had inclement weather during our visit. I was assured by the hostess that the outdoor seating was sheltered from storms and if it was severe we could be seated inside. Fast forward a week to our reservation we arrive the parking lot was full had to park off to the side, no big deal. We walk inside I ask for our reservation and a teenage hostess walked us to our outdoor table outside over looking the ocean. Only problem is there was a tropical storm blowing in. I asked the hostess if there was another table available and she said not at the moment. So we agreed to sit there under the understanding that if it started to rain or the winds picked up we could be moved. As we ordered our drinks, which were flat sodas served in plastic cups, the winds picked up and the paper menus became nearly impossible to read. I had to go back to the car to get a hair tie to keep my hair out of my face. Finally we asked if we could be moved and they did accommodate us, but we had to carry our food to a table on the other side of the balcony. Food was mediocre at best, same could have been bought at any fried fish house along Destin for half the price. All in all I know they cannot control the weather, but at the end of the day, if you are going to pay 85 dollars for a meal, it had better be a better dining experience than the one provided for half the price by their competition down the road.

Went both for dinner and also breakfast the next morning. Loved the variety of drinks available, and the food was great! Chris was a great server. We will definitely be back to sit in his section.

Delicious meat and fish. We tried different meals and most of them were a little bit more spicy than we would’ve expected. Good size meals and service is excellent. The only “drop of dirt” was that we waited 45 minutes for a table which was reserved a day prior. However, the staff was resourceful and came up with a solution. Also, they offered fried shrimp and Prosecco as a “sorry”. Which was very kind of them.

The views are beautiful and our server, Ishmael, was a delight! He truly went above and beyond to make our last hours in Santa Rosa before heading back home wonderful. The downside was the mediocrity of the food. We went on a Saturday during the beginning of lunchtime. We were the first guests to arrive. My wife and I were indecisive on our drink selections and Ishmael made the perfect recommendation based on our preferences. The dressing for the side salad is wonderful and I could have eaten two of them. I am a vegetarian and had planned on ordering the veggie burger but they were out. The chef ended up making a vegetable plate with risotto. The risotto was good and there was an abundance of vegetables. However, it was a bit bland. My wife ended up ordering a burger because she had her fill of seafood for the week. She said was good, but had better. To be fair, this is a seafood restaurant. Oh, and I ended up ordering an espresso martini for “dessert”. It was a little too sweet for my liking, but our initial drinks were so good I didn’t think too much about this mishap. Again, the views are beautiful and I’m sure a sunset dinner would be mesmerizing. I just think there are other restaurants that have more food options and flavor. Oh, and all of the staff wore face masks and they took great care to make guests feel safe. I saw another reviewer remarked no one wore masks - that is simply not the case for my visit.

Ate at night, so idk about the view. Appetizer was the Calamari - hands down the best I've had. Terrific. Dinner was the fish and chips and the special of the day: blackened mahi. Both were amazing. Dessert was the cheesecake and it was good but left us wishing we had done brownie.
