Would not rent from this company, they seem to let their hard, great, workers go. Josh was a wonderful help and always professional. I’m very disappointed to hear he’s been let go and won’t be back

We stayed at the Pearl in Navarre. We weren’t going to be at the beach for the rest of the day and offered some friends our chairs until they packed up for the day. The worker came by and kicked our friends out saying they hadn’t paid for the chairs themselves. We will never rent from them ever again.

Issac on Okaloosa Island was super nice and helpful all week! The chairs were sometimes spaced out a little weird, but with COVID everything is spaced out weird.

Fort Walton Beach, the guy was very rude and Arrogant. When I asked where are chairs were- he pointed to 20 and said “they are there” The guy needs to be taught manners and a class on how to please his customers.

This is the 2nd year in a row that we have had spectacular service from Sunset. We stay at the Nautilus condos every 1st week of July, and the attendants are always super friendly and hardworking. Chandler and Seth have been our attendants, and have always gone above and beyond to help accommodate our needs. We have a 6 yr old, 3 yr old twins and a 6 month old, and Seth really worked with us to help us reserve the right spot. I would watch every morning these guys hustle hard to get setup super early, so we could enjoy the beach before it gets blazing hot. Daniel Hilton, their boss, is super friendly and professional as well. Fantastic staff!!
