Decent food but definitely not a fan of the mandatory 18% surprise tip required on all pick up orders. Not advertised anywhere on the website nor mentioned when I arrived. Definitely felt like one was trying to be pulled over my head. Consider yourself warned. Also, not one person (including staff, cooks) was wearing a mask. The inside of the restaurant is small and the tables are not 6 feet apart. Keep that in mind.

We ordered take out food with their curbside pickup to keep ourselves safe from covid exposure, and we desired to not cook and to support our local restaurants. I masked myself to receive my order, but the person who came up to my window was not masked. I, the customer, protected her and myself, but she had no desire to protect me, her customer. Safe takeout food?!? Customer protection? And the food was "so so". I won't be going back.

This place is great on flavor if you get the right dishes. The Ramen is packed with complex flavors and is really tasty, although the broth is really, really thick. The pan fried noodles are almost flavorless though. That said, for Ramen this place is tasty and the service was absolutely top notch.

Nanbu Noodle Bar did not disappoint! The best pork bun I’ve ever had, hands down. Extremely friendly staff and fun, quirky decor. The collard greens and the pork were such a fun Southern take on ramen. Definitely unique and delicious. Will definitely be back!

Like others have mentioned it’s very pricy- but it was delicious. Good vibes/music and great service. We liked the miso ramen more than the Nanbu. Wings were awesome as well.
