The rudest beach service we have ever encountered. These guys bring a new low to inconsiderate customer service. If your condo offers free chairs and umbrellas.. ask them if La Dolce Vita is the company providing the service. If it is... stay somewhere else. We love Leeward Key.. but will not return because of this company.

DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!! The guy said he would charge us the half day price of $25 from 1-5pm since we got there right before 1. When we went to check out the next day, we realize he did charge us $25 but also he charged a $17 tip WITHOUT MY CONSENT to make it a full day price. We went up there to ask him about that tipping charge and he proceeds to tell us that he charged us for an all day pricing even though he told us the previous day that it was only half day!! I will NEVER give them my business again and I'm going to spread the word to other people to not do business with this horrible company! Not only do they rip people off, but they take up most of the beach space with their umbrellas and chairs and they make the beach look overcrowded.

My sister and I were in Destin for an extended weekend with our grandchildren and stayed off the beach at a golf resort. We visited the beach Friday and Saturday 8/7 and 8/8 and rented beach chairs and umbrellas from the La Dolce Vita hut next to Whale's Tail bar/restaurant. The service was exceptional. These guys are some of the most personable and engaging young men! And they are so adorable! On our last day we were struggling pulling our wagon in the sand...one of the guys saw us came over and helped. I just can't say enough about the service! They will have our business from now on! We had beach service chairs included with our rental home from La Dolce Vita. They did a great job! Chuck took care of us everyday by setting up chairs and umbrellas. He was great! We did rent additional chairs and umbrellas from "Rent Gear Here" but they did NOT deliver. We did also rent Kayak from La Dolce Vita. The Kayak was delivered to the house. We also went to Sandestin Beach to rent jet ski from La Dolce Vita. Kristin helped us out with Jet Ski rental, she was great.

So half of the trip has been perfect. We specifically paid for the beach service to have an unobstructed view of the beautiful coast. Today however they put the line of umbrellas so far back from the water line that other people set up shop in front of the line. Then when called and a service representative came out, they did not have the people move their items. Do to their lack of action more people moved in front of the line. Why pay for the service when it’s not as advertised. I added photos to the google page. Who knows if they will stay
