What a disappointment. Just got hung up by the receptionist Bonita. I called to get Rx emailed to me. After 3 calls, I tried to explain that one of the RX did arrive via email. Bonita kept telling me she sent it and I tried to explain which one didn't arrive and she replied again that it was sent and hung on me, then she sent it. I wasn't too impressed with my last visit either. Too busy, it felt like an assembly line. I guess the place is getting too big for its britches. I use to love bringing my babies here, I have been coming here since 2017, when I am in town. I always raved about Dr. Norm's but now I will be looking for another Vet. So Sad.

My Golden Doodle is very fussy with groomers, some times requiring a muzzle. Both Denise and Lisa at Dr. Norm's have groomed her, and they are wonderful. They never have a problem and she always looks great!

I’d give zero stars if I could. Took my dog in for grooming, told the groomer to trim her hair. Took my hand and showed her how much to trim. Even showed a picture of what she should look like. When I picked her up they shaved her! I will never be back nor will I ever recommend them. So upset that they shaved her!! That’s just on grooming. The Dr. was great when we saw her.!

Denise is a GREAT groomer. She made my little poodle look like a show dog. The fact that my dog got her full attention from beginning to end is what made this even sweeter. No assembly line with other dogs. Thank you so much for a GREAT grooming job.

I’ve been taking my cat Bruce to Dr. Norm’s since his very first visit. The staff is professional, caring and kind. The Doctors take their time with you to talk with you about your animal so they can better understand your pet’s needs. Highly recommended!
