I cannot give enough stars for the service we received at Cigar Factory. Alex was exceptional and although we were in Destin, he exhibited all qualities of NOLA’s charm. As a vacationer who left their humidor at home, thank you so much for the warm welcome, great prices and little taste of Louisiana comfort while we were away from home.

Great service and suggestions. Do not let the road construction deter you from visiting the cigar factory. The guys working here love what they do and love introducing you to new beers and premier cigars.

Guy at the counter knew his stuff and was very knowledgeable of his companies products and manufacturing environments. Definitely one of the finer places to stop by
