Efficient store, although long line reaching the entrance didn’t seem like the best idea or a very pleasant way to come into a store. I came in looking for the lovely mid-dusty blue color seen through their website right now in sweaters, tops etc. and corduroys, and they didn’t have any of that, not a single blue clothing item all in fact. This store is best for if you want to try on sizes to order online, or buy basics in black or grey.

Lovely space. Wonderful employees. However, they need a store about five times the size of what they have and they also need to have more of their products on display. I was there on a weekday and it was jam packed with people. We traveled hoping to see and try on some of the clothes in person and it was completely impossible because of how crowded they were. More people bigger space more changing rooms more product that’s what they need.

I’ve always had great shopping experience here. The assistants are always helpful and friendly. Some tips: - They do NOT carry the all lines of products. You’ll only find new arrivals and certain lines. - Avoid peak time if you can (weekend afternoons, holidays) - Sign up for a fitting room as soon as you enter the store. The wait time could be up to 30 minutes. That should be ample for picking out items to try on. - They give out boxed water for customers. Pretty neat. - They accept online orders return in the store. If you would like to exchange for a different size, they can help you out in the store. They also offer free shipping if they are out of stock on something. Have fun shopping!

Not only is there a line to enter into the store, but also a 20 min wait for the fitting rooms inside. The store could have been more organized/labled. Staff is surely friendly. I could not find all the sizes in the store, just heaps of only one size.
