Lovely hotel, great staff. Food was good, nice Buffett selection, and great breakfast choice too. Shame we o my had one night, as facilities are great. Minor observation was the tile grout in the shower was black and mouldy, could do better. But awesome room and bed. Would definitely recommend and come back myself.

We waited one hour or more every time we ordered food. When the food arrived it was already cold. Our complementary order never arrived. A bottle broke and the next day the kids almost stepped on the pieces by the poolside, since it was not properly cleaned. The guy in the lobby bar did not even say good evening to me or my daughter when we approached him politely and tried to order food from him. My daughter tried to say hi to him 4 times, asking politely every time if we could order some food, still he left us waiting for 10 min with no one else asking for his services (he was busy mixing a drink). Maybe he did not like my face (I can respect that), but come on, to actively ignore a kid...? I could forgive him if he was deaf, but he was not. On the good side: the breakfast was nice, the room was large and some of the people working there was really nice.

This hotel is absolutely awesome, it is placed in an awesome location away from all the craziness which allows you to really relax and enjoy your holiday, I only have 2 negatives, the first is that they need to change the shower head as it has too much pressure and the water can come out of the bath if you're not careful, the second one is that you won't find the iron and the ironing board in your room, we had to ask for these which is a bit strange for me but as I said apart before the hotel was so good and the food was on point, absolutely awesome. I absolutely recommend this hotel to everyone and next time I come Portugal I am definitely coming back.

They need more attendants at the lobby bar. Besides that they offer a great golf experience ample parking good food variety. Scenics and a well kept and maintained pool with great comfort and support complete the stay. I am not a spa person but liked the one day pass

This is a resort hotel that would benefit from some updating. Some of the exterior is looking a bit tired and could use some freshening. In the rooms--at least the one I was in some of the woodwork has suffered water damage likely from the shower and some of the shower hardwire needs to be repaired. That said, the staff is friendly and helpful and hard working. The food is plentiful with a wide variety of choice and well prepared and presented. I was there for a conference. The hotel is an excellent choice for that purpose.
