3,200¥ per adult but well worth it. Book in advance to get a spot early so you can spend a lot of time there. Can be hard to find your way around as there is no map or one route so expect to keep finding random rooms! Queues for certain rooms are common but there are guides on the wait time and they are all worth seeing as each room is completely different- and changes every few minutes! It’s fun to follow one piece of art as it literally leaves one room- and goes into another. A must see.

I am so happy we missioned out here. This was such a beautiful experience. The art put me right in my happy place, I could have spent hours just being still in those rooms. The athletic garden was amazing for the kids, lots of opportunities to move with the art, to jump, climb, slide, draw, so much to do! We spent around 1.5h there, if child free would have been another hour or two. Highly recommend.

Best part of Tokyo! This exhibit is one of the coolest things I’ve ever done. The amount of technology and brain power to bring this art to life is mesmerizing. There are no maps as it’s an explore at your pace deal. We made sure to walk every corridor to ensure we didn’t miss anything. Each room has something new to offer. This exhibit is perfect for all ages. Don’t hesitate, go see this!!!!!!

SO GOOD! Like a playground for adults. One thing though - if there's a big queue for the Floating Nest, don't waste an hour like we did and skip it! The other rooms are way better. Personal favourite was Crystal World. You'll easily spend about 3 hours here and time well spent!

One of the best places I have been in my tour to Tokyo. If you have around half a day to spend around, this place is a must go. Composition of light projection and music makes this magical place out of the world. The amount of technology and mathematical programming that has been put behind this enormous light museum is really astonishing. If I get back to Tokyo again, not even thinking of skipping the chance of visiting this place for the second time. Money spent totally worth it.
