So much good art!!! A must visit for every fan of contemporary art, just make sure that they have a cool exhibition on. The receptionist, Mayu, is incredibly nice! Shout-out to her.

This is my favourite hidden gem for art lovers in Tokyo! Entry is by donation I believe. It's focused on local art scene, with multiple exhibit rooms tucked away in the halls, so go explore the building. I had each room to myself! The little library, shop, and cafe are all great - the sandwiches were cheap and tasty. Great place to hang out.

An exhibition space built primary around anime in the north area of Akihabara, this is an excellent place to come and somewhat escape the wildness of Electric City. When I visited there was a retrospective from the creator of Death Note, and the exhibition was well structured and laid out, simplistically, that allowed the art to speak for itself.
