Best view over Tampere and access costs 5.90€ per person. The top houses a small cafe and a restaurant. Most fuel stations have better offerings than the cafe, but the view is good. The elevator was once the fastest in the Nordics and was built by Valmet aeronautics factory.

Although it's easy to see, it could do with better signs to guide you to the entrance and away from the crowds heading to the amusement park next door. Tickets can be purchased in the shop as well as the ticket office (if there are big queues there). After a quick lift ride you reach the observation deck where there are toilets and a cafe. The view is great but even better if you go for a drink or meal in the restaurant above (just use the stairs from the observation deck).

The view is great. You can visit during the day for a grand city view.

This was the highest building in Scandinavia when it was built and guess it still is in Finland. In good weather it offers great views over Tampere and the lake to the north. In the summer you can go on the outdoors viewing platform too. On top the is a revolving restaurant that I haven't tried. But you can sit there are the table eating dinner and get a great 360-view while you gently go around the whole tower.
