During this summer tour experience, guests will get the chance to see some of the oldest standing churches on the Faroe Islands, in addition to the city of Kvívík, where you'll learn all about the area's Viking heritage.
On the way to Hvalvík we drive past the old whale station at Áir, the only whale station in existence in the northern hemisphere, as well as some photo stops along the way.
In Hvalvík, we stop to see the oldest of the wooden churches in the Faroe Islands. After this, we move on to Kvívík where we visit the still-progressing Viking excavations. Our last stop is in Vestmanna, where we can visit the Viking Museum.
